2011 Playoffs and World Series Fantasy Draft Entry Form

Form Instructions

Entry Fee

The contest entry fee is $20 for the first entry and $10 for each additional entry.
Entry fees must be paid in US Funds.
The multiple entry discounts are per contestant name, NOT per address.

Multiple Entries

There is an entry counter just above the submit button. If you are entering multiple times indicate so here. As you make your multiple entries the entry count will be indicated in an acknowlege message and the counter will be advanced.

Previous Contestants

If you know your contestant ID from a previous report, enter it in the ID boxes.

Selections

This is a one time draft of 16 selections. Your 16 selections will accumulate points for the Playoffs and
the World Series. Your number of selections will be reduced as teams are eliminated thru the Playoffs.
Some of the teams listed will be eliminated prior to the entry deadline. Select any 16 ID numbers on the entry form.
You then receive one point for each run, hit and RBI your players score during the playoff and world series games.

There is no trading in this draft.

We have a secure server. If you are using an SSL secure browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Netscape Navigator 2.0 and later) you can send us your credit card info via this entry form. If you are not using a secure browser, we do not encourage contestants to send credit card info via this entry form. We therefore provide several alternate methods of paying the entry fee. Please check the method you prefer. We can honor only VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards.

If you do not provide a credit number with your entry please provide your name and ID number when paying for your entry.
All entry fees must be received by October 5th (no exceptions) if you wish to participate.
